BeerChug, its source code, physics simulation, artwork, icon, and written content are the property of Popps LLC and are protected by copyright law.

Permitted use

Downloading BeerChug from the App Store grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from BeerChug, or reuse its artwork or written content, except where such rights cannot be restricted by law.

Third-party software

BeerChug contains no third-party or open-source components. It is built entirely on Apple's system frameworks, used under Apple's developer terms. There are accordingly no third-party licences to disclose.

Trademarks

Product names used within the app to describe drinking vessels are generic descriptions of everyday objects. Any trademarks, registered trademarks, or trade dress referenced remain the property of their respective owners. BeerChug is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any beverage, container, or brand owner.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
